WHAT AREAS OF SPAIN DO YOU COVER? |

| Initially we will be covering Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Almeria but as soon as we have facilities in place to cater for our clients, we will be adding other areas such as the Costa del Sol, Tropical, de la Luz and eventually, other countries. |

WILL YOU BE COVERING OTHER COUNTRIES? |

Yes, we have started adding properties in Malta and Italy. We need to make sure that whatever properties are added to the site we have agents in that country who will look after the clients and show them around the properties. In other words, we need to ensure that our clients are given a proper and efficient service.

HOW DO I MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO VIEW PROPERTY? |

Basically, we can arrange an inspection trip for you to view properties in your criteria. We ask that you pay for your flights which we can arrange for you and then you will stay in a hotel and be looked after during your stay. Your accommodation and meals whilst with our representative will be free. Should you decide to purchase one of the properties offered on our website during your trip, your flight costs will be refunded. |
