| Prospective purchasers will contact you direct to enquire about your property and make arrangements to see it.
However if you require our assistance with arrangements to see your property we are happy to do this, however, we will expect our costs to be covered for this service. We will email you a contract explaining the costs and fees associated with this service and once this has been signed, we can make arrangements for your prospective purchaser to go to Spain on an inspection trip where they will be picked up at the airport by a Resale Property Shop Advisor, taken to their hotel accommodation and looked after and accompanied to view your property during their stay. Their accommodation, meals and transportation will be arranged for them for the duration of their inspection trip for which they will pay. |

| If you require our assistance to show your prospective purchaser your property, our Sales Representative in Spain will accompany the clients to your property and show them around, pointing out the qualities of the property and encouraging them to purchase your property. If they wish to proceed with the purchase, once the sale price has been agreed with yourself, they are taken to the Resale Property Shop offices in Spain where they will sign a reservation contract and pay a deposit of usually €3,000, subject to contract.
Our office in Spain will deal with all the necessary requirements to assist the purchaser including a solicitor, mortgage, opening a bank account and applying for a NIE number etc.
When your sale is completed the legal fees and our commission are deducted from the selling price and the remainder is paid to you, the vendor. |
