| When you have registered your property, it will be placed on the Resale Property Shop website where it will be extensively marketed throughout the UK and in Spain. If you do not want to make arrangements to show clients your property yourself, we can do this for you, but our fees and costs must be paid by you.
Prospective purchasers will then contact us direct and once we have ascertained whether they are in a position to purchase, we will make arrangements for them to go to Spain on an inspection trip where they will be picked up at the airport by a Resale Property Shop Advisor, taken to their hotel accommodation and looked after and accompanied to view your property during their stay. Their accommodation, meals and transportation will be arranged for them for the duration of their inspection trip and paid for by them.
